Dear Applicant,

Thank you for requesting an application. We are very excited about the 2010 school year and meeting the new First Year Class of Rhema Bible Training Center South Pacific. This letter contains the information necessary for completing the application process. Please follow each step.

STEP 1

APPLICATION FORM

Please fill out your Application Form completely and email it to the Admissions Office. the results of your application will be mailed to you. Keep your Acceptance Letter to show at the Admissions Office on the first day of school, Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 8:30am.

STEP 2

IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

Samoan Passport Holders have no immigrations requirements.
Foreign Passport Holders of Samoan descent may apply for exemption at the Samoan High Commission or Embassy in your country.
All other Foreign Passport Holders not of Samoan descent must complete the following steps:

		Complete sections 1,2,3,8,11 of the enclosed Immigrations Form.
		Complete the enclosed medical report form.
		Provide a police report from your local police station.
		Provide a copy of a bank statement showing funds to support yourself.
		Enclose a one time visa fee of $300.00 tala ($120.00 USD).

Note: This is a one time fee. Once approved you will hold a temporary resident permit which is valid for 3 years.

Please mail all of the above items to the Rhema Admissions Office. Rhema will process your immigrations documents and mail or fax you a copy of your temporary resident permit. Upon arrival you will receive your original.

It is important that you complete these steps as soon as possible so that all necessary arrangements can be made.
